The mission of the Watertown Area Association for Special Citizens is to enhance the lives of those in our community with special needs. Founded in 1975 by Rocco Calabrese, the association has provided educational and social activities for those in the greater Watertown (CT) area. We were recognized in 1994 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
